President Buhari moves to Aso Rock
President Muhammadu Buhari has moved into the Presidential Villa in Abuja, three weeks after he was sworn-in.
The President and his Vice, Prof Yemi Osinbajo have been staying and operating from the Defence House in Abuja.
President Buhari was on Sunday afternoon reported to have visited the Presidential Villa, apparently to spend a few minutes with his wife.
According to the President’s Media Aide, the renovation which was being carried out since the former President, Goodluck Jonathan, moved out, is the reason he delayed moving into his official residence.
The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, confirmed this to Channels Television via phone.
