Voting postponed in 2 Federal constituencies in Delta State

Voting was postponed in Ethiope Federal constituency comprising Ethiope East and West Local Government Areas of Delta State because of inadequate supply of voting materials.

The distribution of voting materials by the Warri office of INEC ended at 8.20am.

It was however generally peaceful in most of Delta South with few people on the streets while the police provided much of the security with military personnel only at check-points where they originally were.

Card readers worked well in most places visited but there were slight hitches in some places due to inexperience of the operators of the machines.
