Nani hints at Manchester United return

Nani is open to a possible return to Manchester United, but admits there are a lot of things that will need to be discussed.

Nani has rediscovered his form since join Sporting Lisbon on a season-long loan as part of the deal that saw Marcos Rojo move to United.

The 28-year-old, who is contracted to United until 2018, is in regular contact with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and has hinted that he could return to Old Trafford as long as the club have a different mentality.
“I love Manchester United. The only decision I made (last summer) was to play more and be me again, because I lost a lot of things there last season due to injuries and the change of manager,” Nani told The Guardian

“You never know the future. It depends on a lot of things. If United want me to stay then with a different mentality I think we can work well next season but there are a lot of things to discuss and see.”
Nani has scored eight goals since returning to Sporting Lisbon and he has revealed Woodward has been in touch to congratulate him on his good form.
“I receive some texts from Ed Woodward. He texted me about the goal [on Sunday] and the great season I am having here,” he stated.
