Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov ruled out for 1 month with calf injury

Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov has been ruled out for up to a month with a calf injury.

The 28-year-old suffered the problem during the warm-up before Sunday's derby against Manchester United.

The left-back missed the 1-0 victory and is out of Wednesday's Champions League game against CSKA Moscow.

He is also set to miss the European fixture at home to Bayern Munich as well as league games against QPR, Swansea and Southampton this month.
