Romelu Lukaku looking to leave Chelsea
Romelu Lukaku has admitted that he may look to leave Chelsea again this summer – only this time on a permanent basis.
The 21-year-old has spent the last two seasons on-loan at West Brom and Everton and has had hugely successful campaigns with both sides.
The striker hoped to return to Stamford Bridge to challenge for a starting place this summer but with the imminent arrival of Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid, Lukaku feels it may be time to move on.

“You know Chelsea: every year they buy a new top striker,” he said. “I remember me coming into the dressing room last year and seeing Samuel Eto’o and Demba Ba and going: ‘Whoah! What’s happening here?’The former Anderlecht man will have no shortage of suitors due to his goalscoring exploits in the Premier League and a prolific World Cup may see some of Europe’s top clubs join the chase.
“But no problem. Many clubs are interested in me and at this stage I have to look to myself.
“I have to play a good World Cup. That’s very interesting for all the players looking for a transfer, and I must be one of them. Chelsea know my point of view.”
