Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul denies Arsenal links

Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul has denied reports linked him with a summer move to Arsenal.

It has been reported that Kaboul had told friends that he wished to join Arsenal at the end of the campaign, but the defender has assured Tottenham fans that the rumours are false.

“I can confirm 100% that the rumour about me joining Arsenal is not true!!!” Kaboul tweeted.

In the summer of 2001, Sol Campbell rejected Tottenham’s offer of a new contract and signed for Arsenal. Tottenham fans were angry with the move and made their feelings known whenever he returned to play at White Hart Lane.
