PHOTOS: President Jonathan visits Emir of Kano, Ooni of Ife, Alaafin of Oyo and Oba of Lagos

President Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday visited four traditional rulers in Kano, Osun and Lagos.

The president visited the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero; the Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuwade, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, and Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwanu Lukman Akiolu in what he described as a "private visit".

At the palaces of the traditional rulers yesterday, President Jonathan reiterate that the visits had no political undertone; maintaining that he visit to pay homage to the native rulers.
