Lionel Messi's left foot goes on sale in Japan
His buyout clause is a whopping £210million, but this week Lionel Messi is available for a fraction of that price.
The Barcelona forward, voted the world's best player for last four years, has had a cast of his foot made into solid gold.
The replica was created by Japanese jeweller Ginza Tanaka to commemorate Messi's fourth Ballon d'Or award and is on sale for 500 million Japanese Yen ($5.25million).
Speaking at a news conference in Tokyo where the work of art was unveiled, Messi's brother Rodrigo said: 'It's exceptional. You can see each line in the foot. It's an impressive piece of work.'
The jeweller cast Messi's foot in Spain at the end of 2012, a year in which Messi scored an incredible 91 goals for Barcelona and Argentina.
