REVEALED: Pep Guardiola used detectives to spy on his Barcelona players

Acccording to SunSport, Pep Guardiola guided Barcelona to glory by hiring private detectives to spy on his players.

The former boss led the club to a dozen trophies in his four-year reign, including two Champions League victories.

A Barca source said: “Pep was obsessed with his players leading orderly private lives.

“He didn’t want them going out on the town and then failing to perform on the pitch.”

Ronaldinho, Deco, Samuel Eto’o and Gerard Pique were among the stars put under surveillance between 2008-12.
