3 Korean doctors killed in Potiskum, Yobe state

Three foreign doctors, believed to be South Koreans, have been killed in Potiskum, Yobe State.

The three medical doctors, who were working as consultants at the General Hospital in the town, were killed in the early hours of Sunday. Some sources say they are Chinese but we are working to ascertain their nationality.


A source said they were found slaughtered in their quarters in the town.

The murder of the doctors is coming two days after the killing of nine polio vaccinators in Kano by unknown gunmen.
