Court orders release of International Passport of 'fuel subsidy fraud' suspect Mahmud Tukur [PDP Chairman’s son]

A Lagos Court Judge has ordered the release of the international passports of Mahmud Tukur, son of the Peoples Democratic Party National Chairman, Bamanga Tukur, and others being prosecuted for petrol subsidy fraud running into billions of naira.

The suspects are accused of collecting billions as subsidy payment without importing any petrol.

The judge gave the order this morning Thursday, December 13.
