Another Access Bank staff slumped and died trying to meet 'unrealistic' target

Another staff of Access Bank, Caleb Ogbonnaya is dead. He died while on duty on Monday September 03 2012. He reportedly slumped and died at his Oyin Jolayemi,Lagos Office.

Just as in the case of 29 year old Solabomi Olugbemi of the Retail Business Unit barely two weeks ago, she reportedly suffered hypertension over inability to meet her target- was rushed to the hospital, but didn’t survive..

A development that has thickened health fears and apprehension among staffers of the institution with Mr Aigboje Aig Imhoukhuede Aigboje Aig Imoukhuede, Access Bank Boss as helms man.


The first death that sparked off the health scare among workers was that of 29yr old mother of 3- Solabomi traced to hypertension over inability to meet fund acquisition target

It was learnt that the Divisional Director of Access Bank gave staffs an ear-pulling warning early this year to raise cheap funds for the bank on N1 trillion in 6months. 

Solabomi reportedly lost her life because of bad accounts she inherited from a product called Auto-online (Car Loan) coupled with the incident of one of her customers withdrawing 200million naira from his account which threw her balance sheet to negative.
