Manchester City on the brink of signing Swansea City midfielder Scott Sinclair

Swansea City midfielder Scott Sinclair is on the brink of a move to Premier League Champions Manchester City.

The Swans revealed last week that Sinclair had turned down the offer of a new contract and was determined to leave the club.

And now first team coach Alan Curtis has revealed that City are in pole position to sign the Team GB winger.

“He’s not really interested in signing a new contract and I think Man City have made a bid,” said Curtis.

“So it’s just a matter of time now before it happens and it’s good for both parties,” continued Curtis.

Sinclair could replace Adam Johnson who looks set to leave the Etihad with Liverpool and Sunderland both interested in the winger.
