Christina Milian shows off her svelte post-baby beach body in a lacy two piece as she hits the beach in Malibu

She gave birth a mere 18 months ago, but Christina Milian has clearly returned to her pre-baby figure. The 29-year-old singer showed off her svelte new shape while hosting a bridal shower for her friend Felisa at the Fiat Beach House in the Malibu area of Los Angeles yesterday.

Although she started off the day in a modest neon pink beach dress, she soon changed into more revealing attire. The Dip It Low songbird tied a hot pink lace sarong around her black and pink lace bikini to accentuate her dwindling waistline, showing off her gigantic 'Believe' tattoo. Instead of going for a true beachy look, she paired her sexy swimsuit with huge hoops and a blinged out statement necklace.

Christina seemed to be having a blast at the pre-wedding, all-girls do as she splashed in the ocean with a gaggle of female friends on Saturday afternoon. She wrote on Twitter during the event: 'Throwing @felisamirasol a Malibu Beach Bridal Shower with all the girls!!! Toilet Paper wedding dresses being made as we speak.'

The star, who gave birth to daughter Violet Madison Nash last February, showed no traces of any lingering baby weight during her beach day. She also showed no signs of sadness over her ex, rapper and producer The Dream, whom she split from while pregnant back in 2009.
