John Terry declared himself fit ahead of Chelsea's clash with Stoke
John Terry declared himself fit and ready to return for Chelsea’s trip to Stoke tomorrow.
The Blues skipper had a successful 45-minute runout for the under-21s against Fulham last night. And JT reckons he can end his two-month injury exile at the Britannia.
He said: “It’s been a long two months. I got a couple of tackles in and everything felt fine.
“I came through the game and put myself forward. The manager said in the week it might take time.
“Maybe it is too soon to get a start and the lads have been playing well anyway.
“I know I have to be patient and wait for my chance to get back into the squad. The knee feels totally fine, it’s just the lungs that are feeling it a bit.”
