Nollywood Director, Dickson Iroegbu Releases Gay Movie Titled Law 58
According to NigeriaFilms,Nollywood's controversial producer and director, Dickson Iroegbu is set to create more controversies for himself by releasing a movie on gays.
The movie, which has got a title called 'Law 58', is set to hit market soon.
As we learnt, the movie stars Kanayo O Kanayo, controversial actress, Halima Abubakar, Clarion Chukwuka and other actors.
It was gathered that Dickson, who once had a misunderstanding with Actors' Guild of Nigeria (AGN) president, Segun Arinze, initially contacted Desmond Elliot and Mike Ezuruonye for the film but they rejected the offer to act in the film.
The movie, Law 58 tells the story of the practice of gay in our society.
Not long ago, the Nigerian lawmakers passed a bill against the practice of same sex marriage in Nigeria, putting a 14 year jail term to those involved in the act.
The said bill has received hot criticism from some western governments, who condemned the lawmakers' move.
